摘　　要：战后70年来,中日经贸合作取得了长足发展,特别是后40年发展速度更快,质量也上了新台阶。从中日双边贸易、双边投资、日本对华ODA等视角进行深入剖析可以发现,我国经济现代化政策和改革开放是形成中日紧密经济关系和健康发展的决定性因素,但中日经贸合作的互补性与互惠互利性也是其中的重要原因。由于经济、政治等因素的叠加作用,2012年以来中日经济关系陷入后退和停滞状态,"政经双冷"态势日益明显。如若中日政治关系缓慢回暖,中日双边贸易、投资、财金合作以及东亚区域合作可望取得一定改善。The economic and trade cooperation between China and Japan achieved great develo World War II, especially in the latest 40 years, the speed of such development accelerated and pment after the quality of cooperation with both sides reached in a new level. This paper deeply analyzes China - Japan economic and trade relations from the perspective of Sino - Japanese bilateral trade, investment, and of Japanese ODA to China, and concludes that China＇s economic modernization policies and economic reform and o- pening are decisive in shaping the close economic Japan. Meanwhile, the mutual complementarities relations and healthy development between China and and mutual benefit of China - Japan economic and trade cooperation are also the major reasons. Due to the accumulative effects of the economic and political fac- tors, since 2012 China- Japan economic relations fell namic of cold politics and cold economics is increasing improvement of Sino - Japanese political relatio ment and financial cooperation between China chieve a certain degree of improvement ns,i and in stagnant even stepped backwards, and the dy- evident. In short and medium term, with the slow t is expected that the quality of bilateral trade,investJapan and East Asian regional cooperation would a-chieve a certain degree of improvement.
