摘 要:染料敏化太阳能电池凭借其较高的转化效率以及简易组装与制备过程而成为目前的研究热点之一。对此,笔者结合近几年的研究经验,对其实验室制备和组装进行详细介绍并重点提出其中需要注意的关键点。文章主要由以下几个部分构成:1纳米二氧化钛薄膜的制备;2烧结过程;3敏化剂的浸染;4镀铂对电极的制备;5工作电极的清洁与组装;6电池性能测试。以上过程介绍与要点讨论可为染料敏化太阳能电池的成功组装提供帮助和参考。Dye sensitized solar cells has become one of the research hotspot at present due to their high conversion efficiency,easy assembly and fabrication process. In this regard,based on the research experience in recent years,the preparation and assembly of dye sensitized solar cells were introduced in detail. Meanwhile,the key points were put forward which should be paid attention. The following parts were mainly consisted: the preparation of Nano Ti O2 thin films,the sintering process,dissemination of sensitizer,platinum plated on the counter electrode,the cleaning and assembly of working electrode,the performance testing of battery. The above processes and key points of the discussion can provide help and reference for the successfully assembly of dye sensitized solar cells.
