摘  要:以自制铁系固体超强酸Fe2O3/S2O2-8为催化剂,异戊醇和丁酸为原料合成丁酸异戊酯,同时考察了反应条件对酯化率的影响。结果表明,当醇酸物质的量之比为1.4∶1,催化剂用量为1.2 g(反应混合物的5.84%),带水剂(甲苯)用量为10 m L,反应时间为2.0 h,酯化率可达95.83%。催化剂制备简单、成本低廉、催化活性高并可适当回收重复使用。Isoamyl butyrate was synthetized from butyric acid and isoamyl alcohol with solid superacid Fe2O3/S2O2-8as catalyst,the effects of the ratio of esterification by different reaction conditions were studied. The experimental results showed that the acid alcohol ratio was 1 ∶1. 4,the amount of catalyst was 1. 2 g( 5. 84% of reaction mixture),the reaction time was 2. 0 h,the amount of water-carrying agent( toluene) was 10 m L,the yield was about 95. 83%.The prepared catalyst possessed advantages of low coast,high catalytic activity and easy separation from the reaction system. It can be reused to a certain extent.
