摘 要:目的探讨高血压脑出血患者血浆精氨酸加压素(AVP)水平与继发性脑水肿的相关性。方法以高血压脑出血患者为研究对象,定时定量采血,采用放射免疫法测量血中AVP浓度,定时复查头颅cT,测量水肿范围,并观察意识状态。结果脑出血后脑水肿1—2h即可出现,并呈进行性加重,1—3d达高峰,持续约2W,早期血浆AVP含量与脑水肿的严重程度及脑水肿持续时间均呈正相关。结论血浆AVP含量与脑出血继发性脑水肿的发生发展存在着密切联系。Objective The relationship between the level of plasma arginine-vasopressin (AVP) and secondary cerebral ederrka is discussed. Methods Blood samples of patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage were obtained for the measttrement of AVP by radioimmtmoassay method. The patients'cerebral edema was measured with skull CT scan and the consciousness was monitored. Results The cerebral edema was happened within 1 or 2 h following the intracerebral hemorrhage, and was aggravated continually . The edema peaked at 1 to 3 d and lasted for 2 w. The AVP level in plasma positively correlated with the severity and duration of edema. Condusion There is a close relationship between the plasma AVP level and the incidence and development of secondary cerebral edema in patients with intracerebral hemorrhage.
