摘　　要：防己黄芪汤具有益气固表、利水祛湿之功;金匮肾气丸具有滋阴补阳、温化肾气之功,二者均出自《金匮要略》,五苓散出自《伤寒论》,具有健脾利水之功。以上三方临床用于治疗慢性肾小球肾炎可获良效。Stephania Root and Astragalus Decoction has functions of nourishing qi and solidifying the superficies,inducing diuresis and removing dampness; Golden Cabinet＇s Kidney Qi Pill has functions of nourishing yin and supplementing yang to warm kidney qi; The above two prescriptions are from Essentials from the Golden Cabinet. Five Substances Powder with Poria has functions of strengthening the spleen and inducing dieresis. These three prescriptions are often clinically used to achieve good curative effects on chronic glomerular nephritis.
