摘　　要：陈如泉教授结合多年临床经验,把整体辨证与局部辨证结合起来,提出了甲状腺相关眼病眼睑退缩病位在肝,本病的基本病机系肝风内动,确立了平肝熄风、缓急止痉、搜风剔络的基本治疗方法,将辨证施治与经验用药相结合,取得较好疗效,丰富了从"肝"论治的学术观点。Professor CHEN Ru-quan has connected his many years＇ clinical experience,integrated the whole differentiation with the local differentiation,put forward that the location of the thyroid-associated ophthalmopathy（ TAO） lid retraction lies in the liver,and its basic pathogenesis is internal movement of liver wind,established the basic treatment method is to calm liver to stop endogenous wind,relieve spasm,and expel wind to dredge collaterals,connected therapy with syndrome differentiation with experience drug-use,achieved good effects,and enriched the academic opinion on treating from liver.
