偏头痛患者舌象与中医辨证关系探析

摘　　要：目的:探讨偏头痛患者舌象与中医辨证的关系。方法:运用规范化的研究方法对300例偏头痛患者的舌象及中医证候进行判定和总结。结果:舌象总结的结果更进一步确认偏头痛患者大多表现为热证;同时明确了偏头痛的产生与血瘀证有关。结论:偏头痛患者舌象的总结对于偏头痛的中医辨证是一种补充,并可为其中医病机的探索提供重要的依据。Objective： To explore the relationship between tongue demonstration and TCM syndrome differentiation of patients with migraine headache. Methods： The tongue demonstration and TCM syndrome of 300 patients with migraine headache were evaluated and summarized by using standard research method. Results： According to the summary of tongue demonstration,it is further confirmed that patients with migraine headache are mostly characterized by pyretic syndrome; It is also discovered that the occurrence of migraine headache has something to do blood stasis. Conclusion： The summary of tongue demonstration of patients with migraine headache is a kind of supplement to its TCM syndrome differentiation,and can provide important evidences for exploration into its TCM pathogenesis.
