摘　　要：目的:观察针灸联合丹红注射液治疗急性缺血性脑卒中(AIS)的临床疗效。方法:将150例患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各75例。观察组给予内科常规治疗及针灸联合丹红注射液治疗。对照组给予内科常规治疗及奥拉西坦注射液治疗。结果:治疗后两组患者外周血炎性因子水平、血流变指标、ADL评分、神经功能缺损程度评分均显著改善,观察组改善更为明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组有效率为81.3%,对照组有效率为57.3%,两组有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:针灸联合丹红注射液能够有效改善AIS患者外周血炎性因子水平及血流变指标,对促进患者神经功能的恢复及生存质量的提高均具有积极意义。Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of acupuncture and moxibustion in combination with Danhong Injection（ DHI） on acute ischemic stroke（ AIS）. Methods： One hundred and fifty patients with AIS were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 75 cases in each group. The patients in the observation group were given routine internal medical treatment,acupuncture and moxibustion in combination with DHI,while the ones in the control group were given routine internal medical treatment and oxiracetam injection. Results： After the treatment,the peripheral blood inflammatory factor level,blood flow change index,ADL score,nerve function impairment degree score in the two groups were all improved. The improved degree of the observation group was more obvious,and the difference between them had statistical significance（ P〈0. 05）. The effective rate of the observation group was 81. 3%,while that of the control group was 57. 3%; And the difference between them had statistical significance（ P〈0. 01）. Conclusion： Acupuncture and moxibustion in combination with（ DHI） can effectively improve peripheral blood inflammatory factor level and blood flow change index of patients with AIS,has active significance in enhancing their nervous function recovery and life quality.
