摘　　要：目的:观察针刺联合功能训练对脑卒中患者生存质量的影响。方法:选择脑卒中患者150例,随机分为试验组和对照组,每组75例。两组患者均给予对症治疗,对照组另给予功能训练治疗,试验组在对照组治疗的基础上加用针刺治疗。结果:试验组患者生存质量评分均优于对照组,差异在统计学上有意义(P<0.05)。结论:针刺联合功能训练可明显改善脑卒中患者的生存质量。Objective： To observe the influence of acupuncture in combination with function training on quality of life of patients with stroke. Methods： One hundred and fifty patients with stroke were randomly divided into the experiment group and the control group,with 75 cases in each group. All the ones in the two groups were given symptomatic treatment,while the ones in the control group were added function training,and the ones in the experiment group were added acupuncture based on the treatment of the control group. Results： The life quality score of the experiment group was better than that of the control group; And the difference between them had statistical significance（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Acupuncture in combination with function training can greatly improve quality of life of patients with stroke.
