中药熏洗配合桃红四物汤口服治疗膝关节骨折70例

摘　　要：目的:观察中药熏洗联合桃红四物汤口服治疗膝关节骨折的临床疗效。方法:选择本院治疗的膝关节骨折患者140例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各70例。对照组给予西医手术治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上口服桃红四物汤并使用中药熏洗,观察两组疗效。结果:观察组有效率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗后血液流变学参数与对照组相比降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者骨折愈合时间、疼痛评分显著低于对照组,观察组患者随访4周、8周和12周膝关节功能评分均显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药熏洗联合桃红四物汤口服治疗膝关节骨折能够显著提高临床疗效,促进局部血肿吸收,改善血液流变学参数,减缓疼痛,缩短骨折愈合时间并能改善膝关节功能恢复。Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of Chinese herbal fumigation in combination with Peach Kernel and Carthamus Four Substances Decoction on knee joint fracture. Methods： One hundred and forty patients who were treated in our hospital were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 70 cases in each group. The ones in the control group were given Western medicine operation,while the ones in the observation group were added Chinese herbal fumigation in combination with Peach Kernel and Carthamus Four Substances Decoction based on the treatment of the control group. Then the curative effects of the two groups were compared. Results： The effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group; And the difference between the two groups were statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. After the treatment,blood rheology parameters of the observation group were reduced,and the difference between the two groups were statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. The time for healing fracture and pain score of the observation group were obviously lower than those of the control group. After following up 4 weeks,8 weeks and 12 weeks respectively,the knee joint scores of the observation group were all obviously higher than those of the control group Conclusion： Chinese herbal fumigation in combination with Peach Kernel and Carthamus Four Substances Decoction in treating knee joint fracture can greatly improve the clinical curative effective rate,promote local hematoma absorption,improve blood rheology parameters,relieve pain,shorten the healing time and improve knee joint function recovery.
