摘　　要：目的:观察介入温针疗法结合穴位注射治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法:将76例神经根型颈椎病患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组38例。治疗组给予介入温针疗法结合穴位注射治疗,对照组给予穴位注射治疗。结果:治疗组有效率为92.1%,对照组有效率为78.9%,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后VAS评分优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:介入温针疗法结合穴位注射治疗神经根型颈椎病疗效显著。Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of interventional cauteropuncture with fever and point injection together on nerve root type cervical spondylosis. Methods： Seventy-six patients with nerve root type cervical spondylosis randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 38 cases in each group. The ones in the treatment group were given interventional cauteropuncture with fever and point injection together,while the ones in the control group were given point injection. Results： The effective rate of the treatment group was 92. 1%,while that of the control group was 78. 9%; And the treatment group was better than the control group（ P〈0. 05）. After the treatment,VAS score of the treatment group was better than that of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Interventional cauteropuncture with fever and point injection together has remarkable clinical curative effect on nerve root type cervical spondylosis.
