加味黄连解毒汤治疗ICU多器官功能障碍综合征35例

摘　　要：目的:观察加味黄连解毒汤治疗多器官功能障碍综合征的临床疗效。方法:选取多器官功能障碍综合征患者68例,随机分为对照组33例和试验组35例。对照组给予西医常规治疗,试验组在对照组治疗的基础上加用加味黄连解毒汤治疗。结果:试验组治疗后APACHEIII评分和死亡率均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);试验组治疗后Pa(O2)和氧合指数均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:加味黄连解毒汤治疗多器官功能障碍综合征可显著降低患者死亡率和APACHEIII评分,有效改善患者的血氧分压和氧合指数。Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of Supplemented Coptis Toxin-Resolving Decoction on MODS. Methods： Sixty-eight patients with MODS were randomly divided into the control group and the experiment group,with 33 and 35 cases respectively in each group. The ones in the control group were treated with routine Western medicine,while the ones in the experiment group were added Supplemented Coptis Toxin-Resolving Decoction based on the treatment of the control group. Results： After the treatment,the APACHEIII score and the death rate of the experiment group were all much lower than those of the control group（ P〈0. 05）; And its pa（ O2） and oxygenation index were all much better than those of the control group（ P〈0. 05） Conclusion： Supplemented Coptis Toxin-Resolving Decoction can greatly reduce the APACHEIII score and the death rate of the patients with MODS,and improve their blood oxygen partial pressure; oxygenation index.
