火针联合木贼草方治疗面部扁平疣75例

摘　　要：目的:观察火针联合木贼草方治疗面部扁平疣的临床疗效。方法:75例面部扁平疣患者应用火针联合木贼草方治疗。结果:75例患者临床治愈26例,显效35例,好转12例,有效率为81.33%;每次治疗皮疹平均消退率分别为29.51%、44.88%、37.4%、24.52%,消退率为83.48%。结论:火针联合木贼草方治疗面部扁平疣疗效肯定,操作简便安全。Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of heated needle in combination with Prescription of Herba Equiseti Hiemalis（ PHEH） on face flat wart. Methods： Seventy-five patients with face flat wart were treated with heated needle in combination with PHEH. Results： Among the 75 cases,35 were obviously effective; 12 were improved; And the effective rate was 81. 33%. Each time＇s skin rash elimination rate was 29. 51%,44. 88%,37. 4%,and 24. 52% respectively. And the elimination rate was 83. 48%.Conclusion： Heated needle in combination with PHEH has reliable clinical curative effect on face flat wart,with simple and safe performance.
