十灰散加味预防混合痔PPH术后吻合口出血150例

摘　　要：目的:观察十灰散加味预防环状混合痔PPH术后吻合口出血的临床疗效。方法:将300例患者随机分成治疗组和对照组,每组各150例。对照组PPH术后单纯使用太宁栓,治疗组在对照组的基础上加用十灰散加味。结果:不同时间段的有效率比较,治疗组均明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:环状混合痔PPH术后使用十灰散加味可有效预防吻合口出血。Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of Flavored Shihui Powder on preventing anastomotic bleeding after procedure for prolapse and hemorrhoids（ PPH）. Methods： Three hundred patients with prolapse and hemorrhoids were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 150 cases in each group. The ones in the control group were only given Titanoreine for treatment,while the ones in the treatment group were added FSHP on the basic treatment of the control group. Results： In terms of the effective rate in different period,the treatment group was obviously better than the control group; And the differences between them had statistical significance（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： FSHP can effectively prevent anastomotic bleeding of patients after PPH.
