自动痔疮套扎术联合消痔灵注射治疗痔病57例

摘　　要：目的：观察自动痔疮套扎术联合消痔灵注射治疗痔病的临床疗效。方法：将57例痔病患者给予自动痔疮套扎术联合消痔灵注射治疗。结果：手术平均时间15 min,全部病例内痔脱出部分均能回缩肛内,以便血为主要症状者术后便血全部停止,有效率100%,未见术后大出血、肛门失禁、肛门狭窄等并发症。结论：自动痔疮套扎术在治疗痔核数目为1~3个的Ⅱ~Ⅲ期痔病上,效果显著,且操作简便、痛苦小、恢复快、并发症少,手术安全、方便。Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of automatic ligation of hemorrhoids in combination with hemorrhoid injection on hemorrhoids. Methods： Fifty-seven patients with hemorrhoids were treated with automatic ligation of hemorrhoids in combination with hemorrhoid injection. Results： The average operation time was 15 minutes. The internal hemorrhoids prolapse part of all the cases were retracted within the anal; Hematochezia of all the cases with haemorrhage as the main symptom stopped after the operation; The effective rate was 100%; After the operation,there were no such complications as bleeding out,fecal incontinence,anal stenosis,etc. Conclusion： In terms of Ⅱ- Ⅲ stage of hemorrhoid with number 1- 3,automatic ligation of hemorrhoids has remarkable clinical curative effect,has simple operation,less pain,quicker recovery,fewer complications,safety and convenience,which is worth popularizing.
