中西医结合治疗2型糖尿病临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察中西医结合疗法治疗2型糖尿病的临床疗效。方法:将120例患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各60例。对照组采用单纯西医治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上联合益肾降糖方治疗。观察治疗前后胰岛素抵抗指数(Homa-IR)、胰岛素分泌指数(Homa-R)、胰岛素敏感指数(Homa-ISI),白介素-6(IL-6)及肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)的变化情况。结果:观察组丙二醛含量降低、超氧化物歧化酶活力、谷胱甘肽、P维生素E增高,与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组PG、INS、2h PG、2h INS、Homa-IR和Homa-β比较,有显著性差异(P<0.05);观察组IL-6、CRP和TNF-α水平显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:益肾降糖方联合西医治疗2型糖尿病,可以显著改善T2DM患者氧化应激状态,抑制炎症反应,改善胰岛素抵抗,提高患者对胰岛素的敏感性,有利于T2DM的临床治疗。Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of combined therapy of traditional Chinese and Western medicine on diabetes Ⅱ type. Methods： One hundred and twenty patients with diabetes Ⅱ type were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 60 cases in each group. The ones in the control group were treated with only Western medicine,while the ones in the observation group were added Yishen Jiangtang Decoction（ YSJTD） based on the treatment of the control group. Then the changes of Homa-IR,Homa-R,Homa-ISI,IL-6 and TNF-α before and after the treatment in the two groups were observed. Results： The malondialdehyde（ MDA） content of the observation group decreased; Its superoxide dismutase vitality,glutathione and vitamin E increased. And the differences between the two groups were statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. After the treatment,the differences in PG,INS,2h PG,2h INS,Homa-IR and Homa-beta between the two groups were significant（ P〈0. 05）. The IL-6,CRP and TNF-alpha level of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group; And the differences between the two groups were statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： YSJTD combined with therapy of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine can greatly improve T2 DM patients＇ oxidative stress,inhibit inflammation,improve insulin resistance and increase insulin sensitivity,which is helpful to treat T2 DM.
