中西医结合治疗新生儿肝炎综合征100例

摘　　要：目的:观察中西医结合治疗新生儿肝炎综合征的临床疗效。方法:将200例新生儿肝炎综合征患儿随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组各100例。对照组给予还原型谷胱甘肽+水溶、脂溶维生素,治疗组在对照组的基础上给予中药口服。结果:治疗组有效率为84%,观察组有效率为54%,两组有效率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗新生儿肝炎综合征疗效显著。Objective： To observe the clinical effects and safety of integrative Chinese and western medicine on neonatal hepatitis syndrome. Methods： 200 cases with neonatal hepatitis syndrome were randomized into control group and treatment group,with 100 cases in each group. Control group were given reduced glutathione ＋ water soluble or fat soluble vitamins and treatment group were added with oral administration of Chinese medicine. Results： The effective rate was 84% in treatment group and 54% in control group; the difference had statistical significance（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Integrative Chinese and western medicine has remarkable effects on neonatal hepatitis syndrome.
