中西医结合治疗急性发作期慢性支气管炎60例

摘　　要：目的:观察中西医结合治疗急性发作期慢性支气管炎的临床疗效。方法:将120例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各60例。对照组单纯使用西药治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上加用宣肺平喘止咳方,比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果:治疗组有效率为91.7%,对照组有效率为68.3%,两组有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),结论:中西医结合治疗慢性支气管炎急性发作期,疗效可靠。Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of therapy of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicineon chronic bronchitis at acute stage. Methods： One hundred and twenty patients with chronic bronchitis were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 60 cases in each group. The ones in the control group were treated only with Western medicine,while the ones in the treatment group were added Prescription for Releasing Lung and Relieving Cough and Calming Asthma（ PRLRCCA） based on the treatment of the control group. Then the clinical curative effects of the two groups were compared. Results： The effective rate of the treatment group was 91. 7%,while that of the control group was 68. 3%. And the difference between them had statistical significance（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Therapy of Integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine has reliable clinical curative effect on chronic bronchitis at acute stage.
