推拿点穴治疗小儿反复呼吸道感染40例

摘　　要：目的:观察推拿点穴治疗小儿反复呼吸道感染肺胃积热证的临床疗效。方法:将80例反复呼吸道感染肺胃积热证患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组各40例。对照组给予抗感染及对症治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上给予推拿点穴治疗。结果:治疗组有效率为92.5%,对照组有效率为77.5%,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组患儿治疗后血清Ig A、Ig G、Ig M均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:推拿点穴治疗小儿反复呼吸道感染疗效显著。Objective： To observe the clinical effects of acupoint-pressing of Tuina on pediatric recurrent respiratory tract infection（ RRTI）. Methods： 80 children with RRTI due to accumulated heat in the lung and stomach were randomized into treatment group and control group,with 40 cases in each group. Control group were given anti-infection and symptomatic treatment while treatment group were added with acupoint- pressing of Tuina therapy. Results： The effective rate was 92. 5% in treatment group and 77. 5%in control group; treatment group were better than control group（ P〈0. 05）. The serum Ig A,Ig G and Ig M in treatment group were better than these in control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Acupoint-pressing of Tuina has remarkable therapeutic effects on RRTI.
