旋覆代赭汤加减防治恶性肿瘤患者化疗所致呕吐39例

摘　　要：目的:观察旋覆代赭汤加减防治恶性肿瘤患者化疗所致呕吐的临床疗效。方法:选取恶性肿瘤化疗患者78例,按照随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,每组39例。两组患者所用化疗药物均含有顺铂、阿霉素或环磷酰胺其中的一种或多种,都具有明显致呕吐的副作用。对照组予以格拉司琼及甲氧氯普安静脉滴注治疗,治疗组给予旋覆代赭汤加减治疗。结果:治疗后治疗组呕吐情况优于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:旋覆代赭汤加减防治恶性肿瘤患者化疗所致呕吐疗效显著。Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of Inulae and Ochrae Variant Decoction（ IOVD） on vomiting due to chemotherapy for malignant tumors. Methods： Seventy-eight patients with chemotherapy for treating malignant tumors were divided into the treatment group and the control group according to random number table method,with 39 cases in each group. The medicine for chemotherapy used by the two groups all contained one or more than one of these including cisplatin,adriamycin or cyclophosphamide causing vomiting. The ones in the control group were given intravenous drip of granisetron and metoclopramide,while the ones in the treatment group were given IOVD. Results： After the treatment,the vomiting state of the treatment group was better than that of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. In terms of adverse reactions,the difference between the two groups had no statistical significance（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： IOVD has remarkable clinical curative effect on vomiting due to chemotherapy for malignant tumors.
