摘　　要：《冷庐医话》通过对古今医案医话的论述,阐发了医者需要的医德修养和文化学识,并启示了防治医患纠纷、和谐医患关系的方法:淡泊名利、不傲不贪、博识多闻、从容详慎、谨言慎行。作为一名合格的医疗工作者,当以此为训,严格要求自己,不断精进医术,提高修养,继承并发扬中华传统医学文化,从自身出发,和谐医患关系,更好地为人民服务。Analyses on medical ethics and knowledge that doctors require most are presented, as well as revelations on prevention and solution dealing with issues between doctors and patients to build harmony among them according to Medical Discourses of the Cold Shack. Its content can be concluded as being indifferent to fame and wealth, being never arrogant or greedy, being knowledgeable and being cautious about own words and behaviors. To be a qualified medical worker, such creeds and more medic skills are required as well as inheritance and development of traditional Chinese medical culture, and thus harmony between doctors and patients, and furthermore better service for publics can be achieved.
