摘  要:针对难加工材料和复杂结构零件高效加工技术的研究成果和应用现状进行阐述,从高速切削和复合加工等方面,对高效加工应用和加工理论进行分析;以重型切削典型零件核电蒸发器大型水室封头为研究对象,根据其结构特点、材料特性和重型切削技术,分析其难加工性;最后结合高效加工技术,从加工工艺、加工刀具和加工机床等方面提出水室封头的重型高效加工技术。There are many research results about high performance machining technology of a variety of materials and structure parts at home and abroad. This paper makes an exposition based on research results and application status of high performance machining technology of difficult-to-process material and complicated structure parts and it also makes an analysis of high performance machining technology from the aspects of high-speed cutting and compound high performance machining. Taking typical parts of the heavy-duty cutting,such as water chamber head of nuclear evaporator as a research object,analyze its process ability according to the structural characteristics,the material properties and heavy-duty cutting technology. At last,combined with high performance machining technology,put forward high performance machining technology of water chamber head from the aspects of processing method,processing tool and processing machine tool.
