摘　　要：在IEC电压闪变仪结构框图的基础上,设计了电压闪变仪的模拟系统,给出了各个环节的传递函数,并在Simulink中对该系统进行了仿真。仿真结果表明,所设计的闪变仪能够实现电压闪变过程的在线检测,为电压闪变的分析和电能质量的控制提供了新的途径。In IEC, on the basis of voltage flicker meter structure diagram , design of voltage flicker meter simulation system , gives the transfer function of each part , and has carried on the simulation to the system in the Simulink .The simulation results show that the design of the flicker meter can realize on -line detection of voltage flicker process , for voltage flicker analysis and power quality control provides a new way .
