摘 要:当前,化学镀镍.磷合金溶液使用寿命较长的为8—10周期。为了提高其使用寿命,采用2种溶液适时调整了镀覆过程中硫酸镍主盐和次磷酸钠还原剂的浓度,研究了镀液镀覆周期对镀液性能、镀层性能的影响。结果表明:每30min调整一次镀液,镀覆3.5h,在保证镀层高磷含量、镀液稳定性常数为90%、镀层沉积速率为9.8μm/h和镀层强耐腐蚀性的前提下,镀液的使用寿命能延长到12个周期。本法能提高化学镀镍一磷合金溶液的使用寿命,对提高实际生产效率有着极大的意义。Concentrations of nickel sulfate and sodium hypophosphite were adjusted during the electroless plating nickel-phosphorus process by two kinds of solutions,and the influences of plating service cycles on properties of solutions and coatings were investigated.Results showed that the service life of plating solutions could extend to 12 cycles by the continual readjustment of plating solutions,with high P content in coatings,90%of plating solution stability constant,9.8μm/h of coating deposition rate and excellent corrosion resistance of coatings.In conclusion,the service life of electroless plating nickel-phosphorus solutions extended by this method,which was greatly significant for improving the production efficiency.
