摘  要:根据全国职业院校技能大赛要求,对一台普通车床进行数控改造。详细阐述了改造方案,包括总体设计、主轴系统改造、进给系统改造、刀架改造和数控系统选用与调试等。改造后的车床能够满足比赛要求,既节约了资金,又锻炼了学生。According to the requirements of the National Vocational Student Skills Competition, to study the NC transformation of a General-purpose Machine Tool. This article expounds the transformation program in detail, including the overall design, the spindle system transformation, feeding system transformation, transformation turret, and CNC system selection and debugging. After transforming, the lathe can meet the requirements of the competition, which saves money, and also exercise the students. In vocational skills contest training, lets the student participate in ordinary lathe of numerical control technology, the game has a very good role in promoting, at the same time reduces the cost.
