摘　　要：猝死以心源性、肺源性、神经源性猝死为多见，肿瘤所致的猝死相对较少，常常被临床忽视。本文首次报道并讨论了1例胸壁转移性肝癌破裂出血导致猝死的老年病例。旨在提醒临床医师在合并肿瘤的患者突发病情变化时，要考虑到肿瘤及其转移瘤引起突发病情变化的可能性，及时正确做出有效处理。Sudden death is commonly caused by cardiac, pulmonary and neurologic disorders. It also can be induced by cancer, though relatively rare, but often overlooked by clinicians. We reported an aged male of sudden death due to rupture of metastatic chest wall cancer of primary hepatic origin. We hoped to remind clinicians to think the possibility of sudden changes caused by the tumor and its metastases, and make timely and effective management when the condition of a cancer patient sharply deteriorated.
