我国科技投入对农业发展促进作用的效率评价——基于数据包络模型的分析

摘　　要：本文选取2013年我国31个省份的截面数据,选取代表科技投入的六项指标,选取粮食产量和农民人均收入作为产出指标,运用DEA数据包络分析的方法,对我国现阶段科技投入促进农业发展方面的效率进行评价分析。结果显示,现有的农业科技投入在不同省份呈现的效果各不相同,结合实证分析的结果,文章给出了有针对性的政策建议。This article is based on the section data of 31 provinces in China in 2013. It selects six indicators on behalf of the investment of science and technology,such as the grain yield and farmers＇ per capita income as output indicators,using the method of analysis of DEA,evaluation of the present stage of our country to promote the efficiency of investment in science and technology in agricultural development. The results showed that,agricultural science and technology input in different provinces are not identical. Based on the results of empirical analysis,the author gives the targeted policy recommendations.
