当代大学生志愿服务价值的确证困境及其应对策略分析

摘　　要：价值确证是大学生志愿服务可持续发展的保障之一。我国大学生志愿服务发展时间不长,其组织形态上的不完善在一定程度上影响了价值确证的实施。大学生志愿服务价值的确证困境主要有社会贡献价值认可困境、高等教育认定困境、自我价值认同困境等。走出这些困境的主要举措有:整合志愿者证书,细化志愿者服务的要点与贡献值;建立志愿服务社会价值认同机制,高等教育认同机制和网络确证机制等。Confirmed value is one of the guarantees for the sustainable development of college students＇ volunteer service. Chinese college students volunteer service development time is not long,to a certain extent,its imperfect organization form affect the implementation of the value to confirm. Confirmed the value of college students volunteer service mainly include social contribution value recognition difficulty,higher education that dilemma,self-worth identity dilemma,etc. The main measures are out of the dilemma： integration of volunteer certificate,refining the main points of the volunteer service and contribution value;set up the mechanism of volunteer service social value identity,higher education recognition mechanism and network confirmed mechanism,etc.
