按摩四关穴对肝阳上亢证高血压患者的效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察按摩四关穴(双侧合谷、太冲)对肝阳上亢证高血压患者的效果。方法采用统计软件将70例肝阳上亢证1级高血压患者随机分为实验组与对照组,研究中共失访6例。最终纳入并进行数据分析的患者共64例。对照组31例进行常规治疗和健康指导,实验组33例在此基础上加四关穴按摩治疗。观察两组患者干预前后的血压及中医证候积分的变化情况并评价其疗效。结果干预后实验组患者的收缩压水平与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预4周后,两组患者的中医证候积分较干预前均有所下降(P<0.05),干预后实验组患者的中医证候积分与对照组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论按摩四关穴能够辅助降低肝阳上亢证高血压患者的收缩压,并能有效改善患者的阳亢症状。Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of massage on Si Guan Points （bilateral He Gu and Tai Chong）in hypertension patients with hyperactivity of liver-yang syndrome. Methods A total of 70 subjects were randomly divided into two groups,33 in the experimental group and 31 in the control group and 6 cases were lost to follow-up. All subjects received routine treatment and health education,while subjects in the experimental group received massage on Si Guan Points,5 rain each time for each point,once per day,for 4 weeks. The scores of Traditional Chinese Medicine symptoms,angiotensin II and blood pressure were monitored before and after the treatment. Results There was a significant difference in systolic blood pressure between two groups（P〈0.05）. After 4 weeks of intervention,the total score of Traditional Chinese Medicine symptoms in the experimental group was found significantly lower than before（P〈0.05）,and there was a significant difference between two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Massage on Si Guan Points can lower systolic blood pressure and effectively improve the Traditional Chinese Medicine symptoms among hypertension patients with the hyperactivity of liver-yang syndrome.
