中文版乳腺癌患者感知益处评估量表的信效度检验

摘　　要：目的翻译、回译并验证中文版乳腺癌患者感知益处评估量表(Perceived Benefits of Diagnosis and Treatment of Breast Cancer,PB-DTBC)的信、效度。方法运用Brislin法进行量表的翻译和回译,专家评定法和预实验进行量表的文化调适。调查150例女性乳腺癌患者,测定量表的信、效度。结果中文版PB-DTBC量表保留15个条目,条目与总分之间的相关系数为0.594~0.874,探索性因素分析提取1个公因子,累积贡献率为51.908%。验证性因素分析结果:x^2/df=2.22,拟合优度指数(GFI)=0.919,规范拟合指数(NFI)=0.920,比较拟合指数(CFI)=0.955,近似误差均方根(RMSEA)=0.065。量表的Cronbach'sα系数为0.932,组合信度为0.968,重测信度为0.805。结论中文版PBDTBC量表信效度较为理想,可用于我国女性乳腺癌患者患癌后积极体验的评估。Objective To translate and back-translate the Chinese version of Perceived Benefits of Diagnosis and Treatment of Breast Cancer （PB-DTBC） and to test its reliability and validity. Methods The PB-DTBC was trans- lated and back-translated according to method suggested by Brislin. Cultural adaption of scale was performed by expert evaluation and pilot study. The reliability and validity of PB-DTBC were tested in 150 women with breast cancer. Results Chinese version of PB-DTBC was consisted of 15 items with Pearson correlation between item and total score of scale ranging from 0.594 to 0.874. One factor was abstracted by principal component analysis and explained 51.908% of total variance. Fit indices of confirmatory factor analysis wereχ2/df=2.22,GFI=0.919,NFI= 0.920,CFI=0.955 and RMSEA=0.065,respectively. Cronbach＇s α coefficient was 0.932,while composite reliability and test-retest reliability were 0.968 and 0.805 in our study. Conclusion Chinese version of PB-DTBC has been confirmed to have satisfying reliability and validity and can be used to evaluate perceived benefit in women with breast cancer in China.
