摘 要:目的:研究超临界CO2(SF-CO2)复方提取四季感冒片方中紫苏叶、陈皮、荆芥的总挥发油的工艺。方法:采用正交试验优化SF-CO2复方萃取3味药材的总挥发油的工艺参数。结果:SF-CO2复方萃取的最佳工艺参数为萃取温度35℃,萃取压力25MPa,萃取时间2h,分离器Ⅰ压力12MPa,在此条件下总挥发油提取率为2.21%。结论:该工艺稳定,提取率高。SF-CO2复方提取法优于水蒸气蒸馏法。Objective: To study the compound extraction process of total volatile oils from Folium Perillae Argutae,Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae and Herb Schizonepetae in Sijiganmao tablets by supercritical CO2 extraction.Methods: The total volatile oils of the herbs was extracted by supercritical CO2 extraction. Orthogonal design is applied to determine the best extracting condition with extacting rate of total volatile oils as index,taking extraction temperature,extraction pressure,extraction time and separatorⅠpressure as factors. Results: The optimal extracting condition were extraction temperature 35℃,extraction pressure 25 MPa,extraction time 2h,separatorⅠpressure12MPa. Under these conditions,the extracting rate of total volatile oil was 2. 21%. Conslusion: The process is stable and has high extraction rate. The compound extraction method is better than the steam distillation method.
