摘　　要：提出通过整合资源、发挥地缘优势,以实施志愿服务社会化运作为有效手段,改进传统的以政治理论教育为主的青年医护人员教育方式,在培育新时期广大青年医护人员的奉献精神、提高青年医护人员综合素质方面起到了很好的效果。The paper proposes the improvement of youth medical workers＇education method, which mainly relies on the policy theoretical education, through resource integration and giving full play to geographic advantages, and the effective method of the implementation of volunteer service socialization. It has played good effect on the training of youth medical workers＇devotion spirit and on the improvement of youth medical workers＇comprehensive quality.
