基于风速比和空气龄的小区风环境评价研究

摘　　要：以风速比和空气龄为综合评价指标,采用Fluent软件对长沙地区4种常见布局形式的住宅小区在主导风向下的风环境进行了模拟,得出了行列式建筑布局在长沙地区相对于其他平面布局的优势;另外,将风速比和空气龄的分布对比来看,可得出室外空气龄随着风速比变化而变化。该研究将为改善小区风环境、提高小区舒适的规划设计提供参考。This paper, utilizing the software Fluent, uses the wind velocity ratio and age of air as the evaluation index to study the outdoor wind environment of the four commonly used residential district layout under the dominant wind direction. The simulation results indicate the advantage of the parallel layout relative to other layout in Changsha. And it can be concluded from the comparison of the distribution of wind velocity ratio and air age that the outdoor air age varies with wind velocity ratio. This paper will provide references for the residential district planning and design to improve the wind environment and comfort of residential districts.
