SN保温砌块与ZC无机发泡保温板组合在某工程中的应用

摘　　要：SN保温砌块与ZC无机发泡保温板都是新型保温材料,其相互配合使用可解决框架结构的外墙保温问题。结合某工程实际情况,分析了SN保温砌块与ZC无机发泡保温板的特点、施工工艺流程及操作要点和注意事项等。结果表明,与传统保温材料相比,此两种新材料在综合造价、施工进度及保温效果等方面都有明显优势,具有很好的推广应用前景。SN thermal insulation masonry and ZC inorganic foamed thermal insulation board are both new thermal insulation materials and their combination could solve the external wall thermal insulation problems of frame structure. Based on the practical conditions of a project, this paper analyzed their characteristics, construction process, key operation points and importance to be noticed. The analysis results showed that compared with conventional thermal insulation materials these two kinds of new materials have obvious advantages on the aspects of overall construction cost, construction schedule and thermal insulation effect, etc., having favorable promotion and application outlooks.
