摘 要:为探索半干法脱硫灰的利用途径,进行了其用作矿渣水泥缓凝剂的研究。试验对半干法脱硫灰的组成、物理性能进行了分析,考察了脱硫灰用作矿渣水泥缓凝剂的影响因素,并进行了改性研究。结果表明,改性前半干法脱硫灰取代石膏掺加到矿渣水泥中,对凝结时间有较大影响,且随着脱硫灰掺量的增大,初凝和终凝时间均有延长。在含70%矿粉水泥中,当脱硫灰掺量大于0.5%时,试样终凝时间均超出GB175—2007《通用硅酸盐水泥》标准。对不同矿渣量配比的水泥,矿渣量越大,脱硫灰对其影响越大。改性后脱硫灰掺量在1%-5%时,初凝时间缩小1.5h,终凝时间缩短1h,所有试样凝结时间符合标准。To explore the utilization of the semi-dry FGD ash,the research was carried out for using it as the slag cement retarder.The compositions and physical properties of the semi-dry desulfurization ash were analyzed in the experiments,investigating the influences of using the desulfurization slag as the cement retarder,and the modification was studied.The results showed when the semi-dry desulfurization ash without modification was incorporated in the slag cement instead of the gypsum,it had a greater impact on the setting time.With the increase of the desulfurization ash content,the initial and final setting time were extended.For the cement with the content of 70% slag,when the desulfurization ash content wasvgreater than 0.5%,the final setting time of the samples exceeded the standard of GB175-2007 Common Portland Cement.For the cements with different slag contents,the higher the slag content was,the greater the impact of the desulfurization ash was on the cement.After the modification,when the desulfurization ash content was between 1 % to 5 %,the initial setting time was shortened by 1.5hours,the final setting time by one hour.The setting time of all samples met the requirements of relevant standards.
