油船货油舱内底板焊接接头腐蚀性能研究

摘  要:研究了温度、NaCl溶液浓度、pH值等因素对WDH36N油船货油舱内底板焊接接头腐蚀状况的影响。结果表明:温度升高会加重试样焊接接头的腐蚀状况,较低的NaCl溶液浓度下,试样腐蚀情况较为严重;当NaCl溶液质量分数达到10%后,腐蚀状况基本保持不变。pH值为0.5-0.85时,腐蚀状况基本保持不变;pH值为0.85-1.2时,腐蚀状况严重程度随着pH值增加而增加。Influences of temperature,NaCl concentration and pH on corrosion behaviors of welded joints of inner bottom WDH36 Nsteel plate in cargo oil tank for tanker were studied.Results show that the corrosion of welded joints was aggravated with temperature increasing and more serious under low concentration of NaCl;When concentration of NaCl reached to 10 %,the corrosion situation remained unchanged.When pH increased from 0.5to 0.85,the corrosion situation was basically unchanged,but when pH increased from 0.85 to 1.2,the corrosion was aggravated with pH increasing.
