摘  要:为研究某挖掘机械专用钢板在焊接过程中分层开裂的原因,采用金相显微镜和扫描电镜对试样组织及成分进行了分析,同时对生产工艺过程进行了仔细排查分析。结果表明:尾坯非稳态浇铸过程中,透气上水口氩气流量突然增大导致卷渣、铸坯中心偏析严重和焊接过程中应力集中造成了该钢板的分层开裂。To find out the causes of lamellar cracking of speicial hot-rolled steel plate for excavating machinery during the welding process,microstructures and compositions of the steel samples were analyzed by metallographic microscope and scanning electron microscope,and production processes of the steel were emphatically analyzed.Results showed that slag entrapment caused by sudden increase of argon gas flow of purging upper nozzle during the unsteady casting process of trail billets,serious center segregation of the billets and stress concentration during the welding process led to lamellar cracking of the steel plate.
