摘　　要：针对制绳钢丝不同扭转断裂次数试样,采用扫描电镜和金相检测技术分析,进行断口微观特征分析,比较正常扭转断裂试样与异常扭转断裂试样的断口特征,找出异常断裂的原因是由于钢丝表面缺陷和试验本身引起的,为扭转断口分析提供参考。For the steel wires used for the rope,the analysis of microscopic fracture morphology on the torsional fracture caused by different times of the torsions were made by SEM and metallographic detection technology,Through comparing normal and abnormal torsion fracture characteristics,the reasons of the abnormal fracture were caused by the wire surface defects and the test itself.This paper can provide reference for the torsion analysis.
