摘  要:针对某钢厂大卷重盘卷输送过程中,P/F线牵引链频繁断裂现象,分析了其产生的原因,提出了1种适应大卷重盘卷输送的P/F线改造方案:一是优化输送线路,合理分配各牵引链的运输载荷;二是优化设计运输小车的数量,减轻额外负重;三是优化设计承载梁的结构形式,提升其承载能力。该系统的应用,提升了P/F线承载能力和输送效率,降低了设备故障时间,满足了大盘卷的输送要求。Aiming at the P/F line traction chain frequent fracture phenomenon of some steel mills big volume heavy coil conveying process,its causes were analyzed,and the retrofit scheme was proposed:One is the optimization of transmission line,a reasonable allocation of the drag chain transportation load;The second is optimization design transport vehicles,the number of lightening the extra weight;Three optimization design is the structure of bearing beam,improve its carrying capacity.The application of the system,improves the P/F line carrying capacity and transmission efficiency,reduces the equipment failure time,meets the requirement of the market volume of delivery.
