浅议新常态下土地整治面临的形势和任务

摘　　要：我国经济发展进入新常态,给土地利用和管理带来重大趋势性变化。新常态对土地整治提出了新的更高要求,新时期土地整治呈现出新的阶段性特征。各级国土资源部门应当紧紧围绕协调推进"四个全面"战略布局,以编制实施"十三五"土地整治规划为契机,统筹推进土地整治各项重点任务,扎实开展新情况新问题调查研究,积极探索体制机制改革创新,更好发挥土地整治对经济社会可持续发展的支撑和保障作用。Along with our country economic development into the new normal, the land use and management have a significant trend change. Because of the high demands of new normal, land consolidation and rehabilitation has showed an obvious periodic characteristic. All levels of land resources department should hinge around the ＂four comprehensive＂, take opportunity of the ＂13th Five-Year＂ land consolidation and rehabilitation planning, promote all key tasks of land consolidation and rehabilitation, conduct research on new situations and problems, actively explore innovations in the reform of system and mechanism, play land consolidation and rehabilitation as a big backup role in sustainable economic and social development.
