摘　　要：类风湿性关节炎是一种常见自身免疫性疾病,以小关节病变为主,病情进展至后期可引起关节畸形和功能障碍。类风湿性关节炎发病机制至今尚未完全阐明,其治疗涉及免疫系统中的多种细胞因子、酶等。本文对类风湿性关节炎的治疗及免疫分子机制研究进展作一综述。Rheumatoid arthritis （RA） is a common kind of autoimmune diseases with the feature of limb joint lesions, resulting in joint deformities and dysfunction in the advanced stage. The pathogenesis of RA remains unclear nowadays. A variety of cytokines, enzymes and so on are involved in RA therapy. This paper reviews the research progress of RA therapy and its molecular mechanisms of immunity.
