摘  要:目的探讨参麦注射液对烫伤大鼠免疫功能的调节作用。方法 56只SD健康大鼠随机分为空白对照组8只,模型组24只和参麦组24只。模型组和参麦组采用95℃恒温水造成30%TBSAⅢ度烫伤模型,造模成功后1h,分别腹腔注射生理盐水和参麦注射液,2次/d。对照组腹腔注射生理盐水,2次/d。在烫伤后3、6、9d,采用碱性磷酸酶抗碱性磷酸酶(APAAP)免疫细胞化学法检测外周血CD3+、CD4+、CD8+细胞数量,计算CD4+/CD8+比值,采用速率散射比浊法检测外周血IgA、IgG、IgM水平。结果模型组烫伤后9d外周血CD3+[(56.5±3.4)%]、CD4+[(39.1±4.1)%]较对照组[CD3+(69.3±4.1)%、CD4+(49.1±3.7)%]明显减少(P<0.05),CD8+[(29.7±2.6)%]较对照组[(21.6±3.4)%]明显增多(P<0.05),CD4+/CD8+比值[1.32(1.21,1.47)]较对照组[2.20(1.96±2.51)]明显降低(P<0.05),外周血IgA[(199.1±18.6)mg/L]、IgG[(181.6±20.3)mg/L]、IgM[(200.4±22.6)mg/L]较对照组[IgA(230.1±22.2)mg/L、IgG(187.3±23.7)mg/L、IgM(229.5±24.5)mg/L]明显降低(P<0.05);参麦组治疗9d时外周血CD3+[(68.2±3.5)%]、CD4+[(48.4±4.2)%]、CD4+/CD8+比值(2.37±1.08)以及IgA[(229.4±19.8)mg/L]、IgG[(193.5±19.8)mg/L]、IgM[(230.4±21.7)mg/L]水平明显高于模型组;CD8+[(20.2±3.9)%]细胞明显低于模型组(P<0.05),参麦组上述指标与对照组比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论参麦注射液可明显增强严重烫伤大鼠的免疫功能。Objective To investigate the regulatory effect of Shenmai injection on immunity function in rats with severe scald injury. Methods Fifty-six healthy SD rats were randomly divided into three groups: control group (n= 8) , model group (n=24) and Shenmai group (n=24). Rats models with 30% TBSAⅢ degree scald burn were established in model group and Shenmai group, and were intraperitoneally injected normal saline and Shenmai injection one hour after the establishment, respectively, twice a day. And control group was intraperitoneally injected normal saline, twice a day. By day 3, 6 and 9 after scald, the counts of CD3^+, CD4^+ and CD8^+ in peripheral blood were measured by monoclonal antibody APAAP immunocytochemieal method, and the CD4^+/CD8^+ ratio was calculated. The levels of IgA, IgG and IgM were measured by immune turbidity assay. Results The counts of CD3^+ ((56. 5 ± 3. 4)%) and CD4^+ ((39. 1 ± 4. 1)%) were significantly lower and the count of CD8^+ ((29. 7 ± 2.6)%) was significantly higher in model group than those in control group (CD3^+ : (69.3±4.1) %, CD4^+ : (49.1±3.7)%, CD8^+ :(21.6±3.4) %) (P〈0.05). The ratio of CD4^+/CD8^+ was lower in model group (1. 32(1.21,1. 47)) than that in control group (2.20(1. 96,2.51)) (P〈 0.05). The levels of IgA ((199.1±18.6) mg/L), IgG ((181.6±20.3) mg/L) and IgM ((200.4±22.6) mg/L) were significantly lower in model group than those in control group ((230.1±22.2), (187.3±23.7), (229.5±24.5) rag/L) (P〈0.05). By day 9 after scald in Shenmai group, the counts of CD3^+ ((68.2±3.5) %) and CD4^+ ((48.4±4.20) %), CD4^+/CD8^+ ratio (2.37±1.08), and the levels of IgA ((229.4±19.8) mg/L), IgG ((193.5±19.8) mg/L) and IgM ((230.4±21.7) mg/L) were significantly higher than those in model group, and the count of CD8+((20. 2±3. 9)%~ ) was significant
