摘 要:目的基于CT断层图像重建腰椎肥厚及骨化黄韧带三维数字模型,并对模型进行评估。方法 102例行腰椎螺旋CT扫描的黄韧带肥厚和/或骨化患者,将CT扫描原始数据以DICOM格式导入计算机,应用Mimics 16.0软件分别对腰椎椎体、黄韧带、骨化黄韧带进行阈值分割、区域增长、编辑、三维重建,进行布尔运算、图像组合,建立三维数字模型;测量三维模型上黄韧带厚度,并与CT结果进行比较。结果 102例均成功建立三维模型,整体建模时间平均约30min;三维模型上测量各节段黄韧带最大厚度与CT横断面上测量结果比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论应用Mimics 16.0软件,利用薄层CT扫描数据可快速准确建立腰椎黄韧带肥厚骨化三维数字化模型,为临床手术提供立体、直观的解剖学依据。Objective To reconstruct a three-dimensional digital model of lumbar ligamentum flavum hypertrophy and ossification based on CT images, and to evaluate the model. Methods A total of 102 cases of lumbar ligamentum flavum hypertrophy and ossification were selected. CT scanning raw data in DICOM format were input into the computer. Mimics 16. 0 software was used to carry out threshold segmentation, region growing, editing and three-dimensional reconstruction respectively on lumbar spine, ligamentum flavum and ossification of ligamentum flavum. Finally through Boolean operation and image combination, the three-dimensional digital model was established. The thickness of ligamentum flavum on three-dimensional models was measured and compared with CT results. Results Three-dimensional model was successfully established in all 102 patients within averagely 30 minutes. There was no significant difference between maximum ligamentum flavum thickness of the segment on CT cross-section image and on three-dimensional image. Conclusion The three-dimensional digital model of hypertrophy and ossification of lumbar ligamentum flavum can be quickly and accurately established by Mimics 16.0 software on the basis of thin layer CT scan data, which provides a three dimensional visual anatomy basis for elinieal surgery.
