摘　　要：目的探讨白细胞介素(interleukins,IL)-2、IL-4在浆细胞性乳腺炎(plasma cell mastitis,PCM)发病中的作用。方法 30例PCM患者为PCM组,10例乳腺增生患者为乳腺增生组。采用免疫组织化学法检测2组患者乳腺组织中IL-2、IL-4的表达,并进行比较。结果 PCM组IL-2[(3.70±1.16)分]高于乳腺增生组[(1.80±0.67)分](P<0.05),IL-4[(1.90±0.60)分]与乳腺增生组[(1.52±0.85)分]比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);PCM急性期IL-2[(4.20±0.92)分]高于亚急性期[(3.00±1.09)分]和慢性期[(2.89±1.62)分],差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);PCM组织中IL-2、IL-4表达成负相关(r=-0.369,P=0.044)。结论 IL-2、IL-4在PCM过程中发挥重要作用,PCM组织中免疫平衡可能向Th1方向偏移。Objective To discuss the roles of interleukin （IL）-2 and IL-4 in the pathogenesis of plasma cell mastitis （PCM）. Methods The expressions of IL-2 and IL-4 were detected by immunohistochemistry and compared between 30 patients with PCM （PCM group） and 10 patients with hyperplasia of mammary glands （control group）. Results The expression of IL-2 in PCM group （3.70±1.16） was significantly higher than that in control group （1.80±0.67）, and there was no significant difference in IL-4 between PCM group （1. 90±0. 60） and control group （1. 52±0.85） （P〉0.05）. The expression of IL-2 in acute stage of PCM （4.20±0.92） was significantly higher than that in subacute stage （3.00±1.09） and chronic stage （2.89±1.62） （P〈0.05）. The expression of IL-2 was negatively correlated with IL-4 in PCM tissue （r= -0. 369, P=0. 044）. Conclusion IL-2 and IL 4 play important roles in the process of PCM, and immune balance in PCM tissue may shift to Thl.
