摘　　要：本文以国家新型城镇化规划为指导,以统计数据为基础,运用回归分析和弹性系数分析等方法,对改革开放以来特别是近10年来我国城市用地扩张和城镇化发展的相关性进行分析,揭示了存在的问题,并对未来城市土地利用趋势进行了展望。Following the guidance of the National New Urbanization Planning, this paper analyzes the correlation between urban land expansion and the urbanization development since the implementation of the policy of reform and opening up and especially in the last 10 years in China using regression analysis and elastic coefficient methods and based on the statistical data, reveals the existing problems, and looks on ahead to the trend of urban land use in the future.
