摘　　要：基于描述中国不同土地利用主体的违法现状,立足博弈分析,对土地违法主体的动因及规制其违法行为的有效途径进行探究。研究表明:建设土地利用主体信用制度、实行监管主体多元化、建立土地信息共享系统、加大对土地利用失信行为的查处力度是约束土地利用违法主体的有效途径,并立足于分析结论构建土地违法主体的有效约束机制。By describing the current situation of China＇s subjects of different land illegal land use and based on game analysis, this paper explores the motivation of the subjects of illegal land use and the effective approaches for regulating their illegal activities. Studies show that the effective approaches for constraining the subjects of illegal land use are to establish a credit system of land-use subject, realize diversification of the administrative supervision subject, build a sharing system of land information, and strengthen investigation and prosecution of the dishonest behaviors in land use. Based on the analytical conclusions, this paper suggests building an effective constraint mechanism of the subject of illegal land use.
