摘 要:本文采用低温等离子渗碳技术对431、15-5PH和17-4PH等马氏体不锈钢进行了不同温度下的改性处理,利用极化曲线和阻抗谱等方法研究了低温渗碳层的腐蚀行为。结果表明,15-5PH和17-4PH不锈钢,随渗碳温度升高,渗碳层表面耐蚀性略有下降,而431不锈钢则相反;三种不锈钢表面的低温渗碳层腐蚀机理相同,且不随温度发生改变。In the present paper,modification treatment of 431,15-5PH and 17-4PH etc. martensitic stainless steels were conducted under different temperature by low temperature plasma carburizing. The corrosion behavior of low temperature carburizing were studied by polarization curves and impedance spectroscopy. The results show that the corrosion resistance of the carburized layer decreases slightly with temperature increasing for 15-5PH and 17-4PH stainless steel,but 431 stainless steel is opposite. The corrosion mechanism of low temperature carburized layer on three kinds of stainless steel is the same,and do not change with temperature increasing.
