摘 要:目的:探讨情景模拟在新进护士应急预案培训中的效果。方法:将2014年新进的12名护士做为研究对象,除传统的入科培训外,增加不同的情景模拟演练培训,与2013年新进的12名护士在理论及综合实践能力方面进行比较。结果:实验组护士理论和综合实践能力均优于对照组护士(P<0.01)。结论:情景模拟演练能弥补传统培训中的不足,为新入科护士胜任护理工作奠定了良好的基础。Objective:To explore the effect of scenario simulation in new nurses' emergency plan training . Methods:orientation program as well as emergency plan training were given to 12 new nurses enrolled in 2014. The theory and practical capability were compared between new nurses and another 12 nurses enrolled in 2013 which severed as control group. Results:new nurses' theory and practical capability were better than the control group( P〈0.01). Conclu-sions:scenario simulation may make up for the deficiency of traditional training and help new nurses to be competent for their jobs.
