经室间隔穿刺植入CRT-D患者1例的围手术期护理

摘　　要：总结1例扩张型心肌病、完全性左束支传导阻滞伴有冠状窦开口畸形的患者经室间隔穿刺植入CRT-D的围手术期护理。要点包括:术前减轻心脏负荷,手术风险告知,术后心电监护的变化,并加强切口出血、皮下血肿等并发症的观察。通过经室间隔穿刺植入CRT-D及规范护理。患者的心功能情况得到改善,有效的提高了患者的生存率及生活质量。1 cases of dilated cardiomyopathy, complete left bundle branch block with coronary sinus CRT-D opening by Ventricular septal puncture in patients with abnormal implantation of perioperative nursing. Highlights include：lightening heart loadon the preoperative, operative risk disclosure, changes in cardiac monitoring and strengthen observation of wound complications such as bleeding, subcutaneous hematoma. Through the implantation of Ventricular septal puncture CRT-D, patients ＇ heart function improved, effective improved patient survival and quality of life.
