糖尿病性视网膜病变出院患者延续护理效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨糖尿病视网膜病变患者延续护理的模式。方法:将124例糖尿病视网膜病变出院患者随机分为对照组40例和观察组84例,对照组患者出院后予常规电话回访,观察组患者通过增加电话回访次数、建立糖网俱乐部、开展专题讲座等措施,为糖尿病视网膜病变患者提供延续护理。结果:通过对糖网患者进行各种形式的延续护理,提高患者对疾病预防与保健知识,从而提高了患者对护理的满意度。结论:开展各种形式的延续护理活动,满足患者出院后的健康照护需求,有利于帮助患者获得解决问题的知识与技能,提高疾病应对能力及治疗的依从性。Objective：To discuss continuing nursing mode in patients with diabetic retinopathy disease. Method：124 patients with diabetic retinopathy were divided into two groups by random allocation, 40 in control group, and 84 in standard group. After being discharged from hospital, routine Call-back for all patients were performed, and standard group performed additional transitional care by increasing call-back times, taking part in patients club, and also meetings for disease education. Results：Satisfaction was achieved by performing continuing nursing for patients with retinopathy disease as well as improving acknowledgement of disease prophylaxis and health care. Conclusion：With Various methods of continuing nursing, it could meet the requirement for the health care in discharged patients, and provide knowledge and skill for trouble shooting, capability to deal with disease and improve patient compliance.
